Hawk Design,painting

Really excited about a series of mini prints that I am planning, around A6 in size and three colours. I am inspired by a sparrow hawk that I have seen swooping through the trees, swift and fierce. Oh and the grey of its back beautiful against mossy green light.

I am back from my long Christmas break with two newly edited prints. I have been exploring rhythmic and expressive cutting. New Spring photography with flowers and a setting to show how these might look in a lovely fresh calm home.

printed tea towels

Trying out a batch of natural tea towels that I ordered with different prints. I have developed a pylon pattern, makes me think of the Eiffel tower. Loving the start of Autumn with the wood burner to dry my art by.

Mistletoe print design, this would look lovely with brown parcel paper for a rustic eco wrapping paper and ribbon look at christmas.

collage for cushions

I have spent the last weeks developing some lovely square collages with a link in terms of colour and pattern. I hope to develop these as fabric then cushions. This photo is a taster of the work in progress.
